Peer Support...
Living with kidney disease can feel overwhelming, particularly when you are navigating new information, medical appointments, and important decisions regarding your life and your health.
At the African Caribbean Kidney Education Enterprise® (ACKEE), we are developing a structured peer support programme designed specifically for African Caribbean individuals who would benefit from guidance, practical advice, shared experience, and a safe space to ask questions as a supplement to their traditional care.
