Priority Services Register (PSR)
If you are living with kidney disease, receiving dialysis or have had a kidney transplant, you may benefit from joining your utility providers' Priority Services Register (PSR).
The Priority Services Register is a free, voluntary UK service operated by energy and water companies to provide extra support and emergency assistance to vulnerable customers.
Registering helps your providers understand your needs and ensure appropriate support is available if there are planned or unexpected interruptions to your service.
